Chocolate Chips Oat Cookie

Made some oat cookies for Chinese New Year 2009. I got this recipe from one of the cooking book i borrowed from the library. The feedback of this cookie is good too. I have given one container of this cookie to my aunty. She told me that her friend liked it so much that she has taken the whole container of cookies home. lol.

Butter Almond Cookie for Chinese New Year

Made some butter almond cookie for Chinese New Year 2009. The recipe can be found here.

My brother says this tastes better than the peanut cookie. I think maybe its because of the butter. KH says this cookie tastes good too. For this recipe, the sugar should be reduced to 270g for my next try as 300g is still too sweet.

Peanut Cookie for Chinese New Year

The feedback from family, bf, friends and relatives are good. I have reduced 200g of caster sugar to 150g for this recipe.

Durian Cheesecake

Baked this durian cheesecake on Sunday. Somehow or rather, I have forgotten to use the baking paper, therefore, the edge of my cake doesn't look nice as I have to use a scrapper to go through the edge of the cake first before removing the cake. :(

Dark Chocolate Muffin

Previously, the recipes that I tried are all cake recipes. This time I wanna try out other baking recipes rather than cakes, so I choose to bake muffin. I got this recipe from Do What I Like blog.

Something for me to remember: First attempt, the sweetness is ok when I am using Phoon Huat dark chocolate chips. 2nd attempt is too sweet after using Hershey's semi bittersweet chocolate chips.

Cheddar Cake Loaf

Found this recipe from Hong's Kitchen Blog. In the blog, the temperature to bake the cake is not indicated, therefore, i tried to bake it at 200C for 1 hour..... And the end result: my cakes are a bit burnt. =.="
